How long till we receive our Wedding Film(s)?
6-to-8 weeks after your wedding date you will receive your approval copy of your Wedding Film(s).

What time do you start on a wedding day?
I generally start 3 hours before ceremony, but don't be surprised if I arrive a little early.

Do you cover the full day?
Yes, in each of the three Wedding Film Packages you will get a Feature Film, which is full video coverage of the day from morning preparations to just after the first dance.

Do you cover full ceremony and speeches
Yes. This will be available for you to watch in your Feature Film.
​
Do you work alone?
Yes, I am the only videographer at L.Driver Media.

Do you work with photographers?
Yes, and have worked alongside photographers throughout my career, and I am well aware of the important role the photographer plays on your wedding day. I always work collaboratively with your photographer to get the best photos and videos out of your special day.

Do you provide drone services?
Yes, I do provide drone services. It is an add-on to all three of the Wedding Film Packages. I am a registered drone pilot granted by CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) to legally fly drones for commercial use. The use of a drone on your day is predicated on weather conditions, CAA's permission to fly, as well as required permissions from the venue. If I am not able to use the drone on the day, you will be refunded the cost of the drone service.

Do you need feeding on the day?
A meal for me isn't required, as you have guests to feed. I can happily feed myself.

Will the filming get in the way of the wedding?
Not at all. I take a discreet, naturalistic approach on how I shoot my wedding films. There will be times where certain shots will be directed and staged to give the film a styled visual flair, but mostly I'll be a fly-on-the wall, capturing your day as it unfolds.

Do you travel?
I do travel for weddings. Across the UK and abroad.

Do I need a video licence?
Yes, for all my Wedding Film Packages a video licence is required. I will happily purchase this on your behalf if needed, and can add this to the invoice.

Can I choose the music for my films?
Absolutely. Every wedding film I produce I want capture the essence and personality of the couple, and what better way of doing that by crafting the days story around the songs that mean dearest to you.

What methods do you accept of payment?
Bank transfer.
​
When is the final balance due?
This will need to be paid 8 weeks before the wedding date.
​
Do you charge a deposit for making a booking?
Yes, the deposit to confirm your booking is £200.

How do we book?
Once you have received confirmation that I am available for your wedding date, please fill out the booking form which you'll find on my website.

Can we have a meeting before we book?
Of course, I highly recommended we have a meeting before you make the decision to book. The meeting will give you and I chance to get to know each other better and give you an idea of what to expect from me on the day and the services I provide, and to see if I am the right videographer for you.

What is your cancellation and postponement policy?
If under any circumstances the wedding has to be cancelled or postponed less than 6 months before the the wedding date, I will require payment of 50% of the package price. If the cancelation or postponement is less than 3 months before the wedding date, I will require payment of the full package price.
